What data do we collect?
When you make contact with us, we collect basic information such as your name and your email address. If you purchase from us (workshop or product etc.) we may also collect your address and postcode. This data is held by Ecwid and Paypal, in accordance with both their privacy and security policies. It is processed by them on our behalf and none of the details of your payment or card account are revealed to us. Your personal information will not be shared with any other organisations.
How we use this information
We will use the information you give us to process you order, send invoices or receipts, or to organise delivery etc. If you have purchased a place on a workshop, your information is used to send you instructions on timings, locations and any other information you may need prior to the event.
Your details will not be added to any mailing list unless you have expressly requested it. If you sign up to our mailing list in person at an event, your details will be uploaded to MailChimp (again processed in accordance with their privacy and security policies, and terms) and the paper copy will be destroyed.
How long will we keep this information?
If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, we will only hold your information for as long as we do the activities we told you about or have a valid reason to keep it.
You have the right to request a copy of all the personal information that we may hold on you (subject access request) and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ option that appears at the bottom of each one. If you no longer want to hear from us, your information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Please let us know if your information changes as it is important that it is accurate and up to date.
